Contract Analyst - Mandarin speaking

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Reports to: Project Manager

Location: London, UK

Role Summary:

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for abstracting, drafting, negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, software license agreements, end user license agreements, , master services agreements, statements of work, Order Forms, and supporting documentation in line with established policies, procedures and guidelines.

The job requires the ability to extract important information from contracts written in English and Mandarin.

A good understanding of contract language is crucial for this position, the knowledge of English contract terms is also necessary. You will work directly with the UK and other offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client instructions.

Skills required:

• Experience in review and abstract key contract details is ideal.
• Experience in a variety of contracts (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc) is ideal.
• Keen and with an eye for details.
• With the capacity to work independently and remotely in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Well versed with IT (able to use contract reviewing tools, has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel & Word)
• Another language skill is a plus.

Qualification: Preference for a Paralegal or experience in the field.
